Responsabilities as a Clerk
• Greet customers on arrival, check booking data and offer additional services;
• Assign rooms, hand over keys and provide the client with useful information about the property;
• Respond to customer requests (wake-up calls, room change, etc.);
• Process and track customer comments and complaints;
• Transmit to the various services of the establishment the needs associated with the reservations and the requests of the customers;
• Production of various documents;
• Clerical tasks;
• Coordinate with the various services (dining room, meeting rooms, room service, etc.);
• Receive and handle customer complaints;
• Any other related tasks.

Company Information GESTION ADC
• Professional diploma in catering or management (an asset); • 6 months experience in administration / reception / customer service; • Customer contact experience; • Sales and customer service skills; • Very good knowledge of French and English both orally and in writing; • Ability to carry out monetary transactions; • Knowledge of hotel management software; • Ease of communicating with customers and colleagues; • Stress tolerance.
