Greet customers on arrival, check booking data and offer additional services;
Assign rooms, hand over keys and provide the client with useful information about the property;
Respond to customer requests (wake-up calls, room change, etc.);
Process and track customer comments and complaints;
Transmit to the various services of the establishment the needs associated with the reservations and the requests of the customers;
Production of various documents;
Coordinate with the various services (dining room, meeting rooms, room service, etc.);
Receive and handle customer complaints;
Any other related tasks.
