RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY Replacement to January 2018, Mistissini
The Receptionist/Administrative Secretary reports to the Human Resources Manager. He is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and forwarding to the appropriate person all mail, e-mails and phone calls. The incumbent also provides a general range of administrative support services to Eskan employees including entering data, filing, faxing and photocopying.
Greet visitors/clients and directs them to appropriate person or office.
Screen calls & direct them to the appropriate person/department.
Screen & route incoming & outgoing mail.
Compose, type & copy correspondence, reports, bulletins, records & other documents.
Place orders for office supplies, verify quantities delivered & distribute.
Update himself on new information, innovative ideas & techniques in relation to the position.
Responsible for travel arrangements & confirmations for the General Manager & the staff of the Company and its’s subsidiaries.
Maintain reception area materials for the purpose of providing resource information to visitors.
Performs general secretarial & clerical functions, (e.g. scheduling, copying, faxing, data entry, filing etc.) for the purpose of supporting office operations.
Communicate effectively with all the members of the Company and subsidiaries.
React to change productively & handle other tasks as assigned.
